• Check and clean heat exchangers as needed (gas heat).
• Check spark ignition system (gas heat).
• Check high temperature limits (gas heat).
• Lubricate blower motor bearings as required (all types).
• Check electric resistance heaters (electric heat / heat pumps).
• Check and record blower motor voltage and amperage.
• Inspect all electrical components and tighten connections.
• Replace all standard filters / wash permanent filters.
• Check for any unusual noises or vibrations.
• Check thermostat calibration.
